Peanut Butter & Fruit Packed Oatmeal

Something funny for my family and me is all of the breakfast recipes that I have and put on the blog. In high school, I used to eat spaghetti, ice cream cake, pizza, or whatever leftovers I could find for breakfast. I have always eaten something for breakfast but never actual breakfast food. I think it might be from all of the “Just add water” pancakes and meals my dad used to cook for me. Sorry, dad.
It was not until about two years ago that I started thinking of more creative breakfasts to eat and making sure that they were packed with nutrition. I wasn't spending 3 hours at basketball practice every day anymore so I couldn't get away with ice cream cake for breakfast. That was a sad day of realization.
Something that I discovered that I LOVE to have for breakfast since quarantine is my super easy peanut butter and fruit-packed oatmeal! My mouth is watering thinking of it so let’s just get right to the recipe!
