Go-To Green Smoothie

When you hear about green smoothies, usually people think they are gross and filled strictly with kale and celery. I am also one of those people where if there is celery in that green drink I will not go near it. I love my green veggies but it’s important to know what fruit to pair with greens to counteract the earthy taste without having to add processed sugars. Below are natural foods to even out that earthy taste. 







Adding a natural sweeten food to your smoothies can hide the earthy taste and lead you to consume so many nutrients without even knowing!

My go-to green smoothie has frozen pineapple, spinach, banana, almond milk and chia seeds. With smoothies, I tend to eyeball the measurements rather than be more precise. It’s a blended drink, who has time to be uptight about it? 

Go-To Green Smoothie 

1 Banana

2 ½ c Frozen Pineapple

1 ½ Handfuls Spinach

2 Tbs Chia Seeds

1 ⅔ c Almond Milk

Try out this bright green smoothie and let me know how much you DON’T taste the spinach!
